Our Service to You
The following information explains the process we will work through together and explains what fees for services apply.
Initial Meeting
Before any work begins we will have an initial meeting with you to discuss your current situation and talk about the goals you would like to achieve.
You will have the Financial Services Guide (this document) and the fees for our services will be explained to you.
This initial meeting is free and sets the terms for our continued working
relationship.
If at the conclusion of the initial meeting, if we have agreed to proceed with work on your behalf, some charges are applicable. These begin from the
Personal Financial Planning Process stage (see Advice Fee).
Personal Financial Planning Process
During this meeting we work through a comprehensive questionnaire called the Personal Financial Planning Guide. This document has been specifically designed to allow us to analyse your current situation and the goals you wish to achieve, be it lifestyle or monetary goals, and develop a plan to assist you realise these goals. In order to do this we follow the Financial Planning Process outlined below:
- STEP 1:
The collection and analysis of all relevant personal and financial data/questionnaire from adviser
- STEP 2:
The identification of financial risk
- STEP 3:
The identification of financial goals and objectives
Construction of Financial Plan
- STEP 4:
The provision of a written report with recommendations
Implementation of Financial Plan
- STEP 5:
The co-ordination and implementation of recommendations
Review Process
- STEP 6:
Review to identify any changes that may have occurred
Advice Fee
The fees for our financial advice will be based on 3 factors:
- The Advisers hourly rate;
- The type of work requested; and
- The number of hours to complete the advice process.
A full quote will be provided to you before any work commences or advice given. Generally the fee will range from $150 for very simple advice to approximately $1,500 for more complex advice.
